Garnier Limb's Standard 4"x6" Knee Braces are designed to anchor a wooden brace at a 45-degree angle to a Garnier Limb/ GL®, holding the load out away from the tree. This allows for the load to be in compression, making them ideal for standard to moderate builds using 4”x6” or 6”x6” lumber.
When using Knee Braces that are attached to the same tree, always use a fixed bracket. Caution! When you have all fixed points in more than one tree. Always Float your joists, to allow the trees to move and not pull on your treehouse.
